NO FLOUR. JUST NUTS. Blanched almond meal stands-in for the "flour".
SWEETENED WITH DATES. Dates are high in fiber and have a lower glycemic index than sugar. Plus, they're delicious.
PACKED WITH FRUIT & VEGGIES. Apples, Bananas, Blueberries, Carrots, Cherries, Zucchinis & Yams, oh my!
OMEGA-3 BOOST. Flax, chia or hemp depending on the muffin.
HIGH-PROTEIN. Loaded with protein from the eggs, nuts and seeds. *except 24 Carrot Gold which does not contain eggs.
