For those watching their carbs and sugar intake, this muffin is the lowest in carbs of any of our muffins boasting a mere 5g of sugar and only 13g of total carbs in one, whole muffin. WHAT IT SHIPS IN: Our product is shipped frozen in an insulated envelope with a frozen gel pack & dry ice. The dry ice will likely have evaporated upon arrival leaving the muffins at a temperature slightly cooler than room temp.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Freeze the muffins and thaw as needed OR refrigerate for consumption within 7 days. PRO TIP: If you freeze the muffins, peel the wrapper off when still frozen. This will result in less crumbling.
