We wouldn't be a "Muffin Revolution" if we just made a regular old lemon poppyseed muffin. So, we swapped the poppyseeds for chia seeds and added little flecks of bright green zucchini! For those watching their carbs and sugar intake, this muffin is the lowest in carbs of any of our muffins boasting a mere 5g of sugar and only 13g of total carbs in one, whole muffin. WHEN WE SHIP:  We ship on Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays.

WHAT IT SHIPS IN: Our product is shipped frozen in an insulated envelope with a frozen gel pack. The muffins should arrive at a temperature slightly cooler than room temp and can be re-frozen or refrigerated.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Freeze the muffins and thaw as needed OR refrigerate for consumption within 7 days. PRO TIP: If you freeze the muffins, peel the wrapper off when still frozen. This will result in less crumbling.
