Our Yam Good muffin is yaaaaam good (get it?). The first ingredient is sweet potatoes which lend a savory sweetness, as well as a velvety texture. The moist crumb is complemented by the crunch of pecans, chunks of apple, and punchy spices reminiscent of Thanksgiving. We also add a little streusel on top for an added crunch. These are actually an amazing addition to a smoothie as well (Smoothie Recipe: 2 Yam Good muffins + 1 cup almond milk, blend in blender)

WHEN WE SHIP: We ship on Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays.
WHAT IT SHIPS IN: Our product is shipped frozen in an insulated envelope with a frozen gel pack. The muffins should arrive at a temperature slightly cooler than room temp and can be re-frozen or refrigerated.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Freeze the muffins and thaw as needed OR refrigerate for consumption within 7 days. PRO TIP: If you freeze the muffins, peel the wrapper off when still frozen. This will result in less crumbling.
